摘　　要：中医药防治艾滋病疗效确切,但开展研究的循证医学证据级别不高,限制着中医药防治艾滋病的推广和应用。如何融合循证医学与现代流行病学的医学理念和方法,提高循证医学证据等级,成为中医药防治艾滋病亟待解决的关键科学问题。后抗逆转录病毒联合疗法(ART)时期中医药防治艾滋病疗效评价多以真实世界研究为主,存在着缺失值处理不当、干预分配偏倚、单一模型无法准确评估疗效等难点,而非参数缺失值插补算法、倾向性评分法、联合模型等方法可为后ART时期中医药防治艾滋病疗效评价提供思路与方法。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is effective in preventing and treating acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS),but the level of evidence-based medicine evidence to carry out research is not high,limiting the promotion and application of TCM to prevent and treat AIDS.How to integrate the medical ideas and methods of evidence-based medicine and modern epidemiology and improve the evidence level of evidence-based medicine has become a key scientific problem to be solved urgently in the prevention and treatment of AIDS by TCM.The evaluation of the efficacy of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AIDS in the post-active antiretroviral therapy(ART)period is mainly based on the real world research,and there are diffculties such as improper processing of missing values,intervention allocation bias,and the inability of a single model to accurately evaluate the efficacy.However,non-parameter missing value interpolation algorithm,tendency scoring method,combined model and other methods can provide ideas and methods for the evaluation of the efficacy of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AIDS in the post-ART period.
