摘　　要：延胡索作为活血行气止痛的经典中药,在临床中被广泛使用。对延胡索主要活性成分脱氢紫堇碱(DHC)的药理作用研究发现,其有镇痛、抗肿瘤、抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶、抗血小板、抗胃肠溃疡、抗过敏、抗菌和抗炎等功效。文章对近年来涉及DHC药理作用的文献进行综合分析,归纳了其当前药理作用研究热点与现状,旨在为DHC新药的进一步研究开发和临床应用奠定基础。Corydalis Rhizoma is widely used in clinical practice as a classic traditional Chinese medicine that can activate blood,reinforce vital energy,and relieve pain.Studies on the pharmacological effects of dehydrocorydaline(DHC)of the main active ingredients of Corydalis Rhizoma have found that,it has anti-coronary heart disease,analgesia,anti-cancer,inhibition of acetylcholinesterase,anti-platelet,anti-gastrointestinal ulcer,anti-allergic,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory and other effects.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the literature on the pharmacological effects of DHC in recent years,summarizes the current research hotspots and status quo of its pharmacological effects,and aims to lay a foundation for the further research,development and clinical application of new DHC drugs.
