摘　　要：“迎随补泻”源于《灵枢·九针十二原》,篇中对“迎随补泻”的操作有所描述,后世多以针向释迎随,并在其基础上延伸出多种迎随补泻方法。通过对“迎随”的语义进行梳理,认为“迎随补泻”不仅表现于具体操作形式上,也蕴含了针刺候气调气的重要性。人体之气是动态变化的,针刺过程中应根据指下针感体会气的动态变化,随之变换针刺手法,在治神的前提下,知气之往来,意势相合,与之相期。‘Ying-sui reinforcing and reducing'comes from Lingshu·Jiuzhen Shieryuan.The operation of ying-sui reinforcing and reducing'is described in this paper.Later generations mostly use needling direction to explain‘ying-sui',and on the basis of it,many methods of ying-sui reinforcing and reducing are extended.By combing the semantics of‘ying-sui',the author thinks that‘ying-sui reinforcing and reducing'is not only manifested in the concrete operation form,but also contains the importance waiting and regulating for qi of acupuncture.The qi of the human body is dynamic.In the process of acupuncture,the acupuncture technique should be changed according to the dynamic change of the sensation of qi under the finger.Under the spirit is quiet,we should know that the exchange of qi,and make our meaning and potential in harmony to meet the qi.
