摘  要:目的:对以青海、甘肃、新疆、内蒙古、宁夏五产区共47批次黑果枸杞中的化学成分进行综合含量测定和分析比较,为黑果枸杞的质量控制和品质评价提供一定的科学依据。方法:分别测定黑果枸杞中化学成分原花青素、总多酚、甜菜碱、花色苷、蛋白质、多糖、脂肪和矿物质元素硒、铅、砷、汞、镉、铜的含量。通过比较五产区黑果枸杞以及混伪品植物中各成分的含量,对黑果枸杞进行全面质量评价。结果:五产区间黑果枸杞中青海产区黑果枸杞原花青素、总多酚、甜菜碱、多糖平均含量最高,内蒙古产区黑果枸杞花色苷、脂肪、硒元素平均含量最高,甘肃产区黑果枸杞蛋白质含量最高(11.00g/100g);全部批次黑果枸杞铅、砷、汞、镉、铜元素均符合2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》重金属及有害元素的限量规定。结论:五产区中青海产区黑果枸杞原花青素、总多酚、花色苷、多糖成分含量较高,品质较好。Objective:To determine,analyze and compare the chemical constituents of 47 batches of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.from five producing areas in Qinghai Province,so as to provide some scientific basis for quality control and quality evaluation of medicinal materials.Methods:The contents of chemical constituents such as proanthocyanidins,total polyphenols,betaine,anthocyanins,protein,polysaccharides,fat and mineral elements such as Se,Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cu in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.were determined.By comparing the contents of various constituents in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.and adulterants in five producing areas,the quality of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.was evaluated.Results:The average content of proanthocyanidins,total polyphenols,betaine and polysaccharides of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.from Qinghai Province were the highest.The average content of anthocyanin,fat and Se from Inner Mongolia Province were the highest.The average content of protein from Gansu Province was the highest.The contents of Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cu in all batches of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.were in accordance with the limits of heavy metals and harmful elements in 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.Conclusion:The contents of proanthocyanidins,total polyphenols,anthocyanins and polysaccharides of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.in Qinghai Province is higher and the quality is better.
