摘  要:目的:完善川西獐牙菜药材及其提取物的质量标准。方法:参照2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》四部相关方法,测定川西獐牙菜药材及其提取物中獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苷的含量,分别采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法进行定性鉴别和含量测定研究。结果:川西獐牙菜药材及其提取物中芒果苷在紫外光灯(254 nm)下检视,能得到较好的分离,荧光斑点清晰;川西獐牙菜药材及其提取物的含量测定结果显示獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苷线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD值均<5%。结论:本研究建立的标准具有较好的专属性和准确性,可用于川西獐牙菜药材及其提取物的质量控制。Objective:To improve the quality standards of Swertia mussoti Franch.and its extract.Methods:According to the relevant methods in the appendix 4 of 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,the contents of swertiamarin,gentiopicrin and swertiamarin in Swertia mussoti Franch.and its extracts were determined.Study on qualitative identification and content determination by TLC and HPLC.Results:The mangiferin from Swertia mussoti Franch.and its extract could be well separated and the fluorescent spots were clear when viewed under ultraviolet light(254 nm),the results showed that swertiamarin,gentiopicrin and swertiamarin had a good linear relationship and the RSD values of precision,stability and repeatability were less than 5%.Conclusion:The above results show that the established standard has good specificity and accuracy,and it can be used for the quality control of Swertia mussoti Franch.and its extracts.
