摘  要:吴佩衡先生精于寒热辨证,在长期的教学与临床经验中总结了自己独特的中医思维方式,善用附子、桂枝治疗各种伴随疼痛的疾病,如以温经散寒、祛风除湿治疗痹证;以温肾助阳、行瘀通络治疗脉痹;以温阳散寒、利湿排石治疗石淋;以温经散寒、活络通乳治疗乳痈等,临床疗效果显著,同时为后世医家辨别“阳虚阴寒”证的疾病,留下宝贵的临证经验。WU Peiheng is proficient in dialectics of cold and heat.It has summarized his unique way of thinking in traditional Chinese medicine through long-term teaching and clinical experience.He adeptly employs Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata and Cinnamoni Ramulus in the treatment of various accompany pain ailments.This includes the treatment of arthralgia syndrome by warming meridian and dispersing cold,dispelling wind and dehumidification,treating vessel impediment by warming kidney and helping yang,activate blood circulation and dissolve stasis,treating urolithic stranguria by warming yang and dispersing cold,promoting dampness and removing stones,treating acute mastitis by warming meridian and dispersing cold,unclog meridians and promote milk secretion,et..The clinical treatment effect is remarkable,and the insights into recognizing the'yang deficiency yin cold'syndrome contribute valuable clinical experiences for future practitioners.
