摘 要:为减少化学农药使用量,寻找无公害防治果蔬桃蚜新路径,本文研究了5种萜类及增效组合对桃蚜的驱避、毒杀及防治效果。采用双向选择法测定驱避作用,玻璃管药膜法测定触杀活性,苗木喷雾测定防治效果。结果表明,甲基胡椒酚对桃蚜驱避率在3 h时达70.1%,芳樟醇、枯茗醛、左旋香芹酮的驱避率分别为62.9%、56.7%、49.6%,枯茗醇的驱避率为-6.2%。枯茗醛、左旋香芹酮、甲基胡椒酚、枯茗醇和芳樟醇对桃蚜的致死中浓度LC50分别为0.49 mL/L、0.56 mL/L、0.67 mL/L、0.87 mL/L和1.75 mL/L。枯茗醇与马来酸二乙酯、水杨酸乙酯组合增效,2种增效比分别为2.47和2.67,枯茗醇+水杨酸乙酯组合对桃蚜的防治效果较好,在油菜及枸杞上的防治效果分别为(84.1±5.7)%和(66.4±3.1)%,值得开发研究。Peach aphid,Myzus persicae,is one of the most important pests found on many fruit and vegetable plants.In order to find harmless methods to control the peach aphid and reduce the use of chemical pesticides,the toxicities of five terpenoids against the peach aphid was tested at laboratory,and the synergistic combination effects was also tested.The repellent effect was determined by using the method of two-way selection.The toxicity was determined by the glass tube residual film bioassay.Control effects were tested on potted seedlings sprayed with synergistic combinations.The results showed that the methyl chavicol had the best repellent effect with repellent rate of 70.1%at 3 h.The repellent rates of linalool,cuminaldehyde,l-carvone at 3 h were 62.9%,56.7%,49.6%,respectively.The repellent rate of cuminalcohol was-6.2%.The median lethal concentrations(LC50)of cuminaldehyde,lcarvone,methyl chavicol,cuminalcohol and linalool were 0.49 mL/L,0.56 mL/L,0.67 mL/L,0.87 mL/L and 1.75 mL/L,respectively.The synergistic ratio for diethyl maleate and ethyl salicylate on cuminalcohol reached 2.47 and 2.67,respectively.The control effect of cuminalcohol+salicylate combination against peach aphid was better,the control effect rate was(84.1±5.7)%on brassica,and(66.4±3.1)%on Chinese wolfberry.
