摘  要:为沙柳优良品系的未来繁殖推广奠定研究基础,本研究开展了沙柳嫩枝扦插快繁体系影响因素及扦插生根机制的研究。选择沙柳优良无性系‘7-41’,通过L9(33)正交试验,确定沙柳嫩枝扦插过程中关键影响因素和快繁最优因素水平组合;进行形态学、解剖学研究,揭示插穗生成不定根的组织学起源、生根类型。结果表明:插穗长度,插穗部位、基质配比对沙柳嫩枝扦插的成活率、出圃率均具显著影响,其中对根系成活率影响最大的是不同插穗部位,对根系出圃率的影响最大的是不同基质配比;采用长度为15 cm的枝条中部插穗,珍珠岩与草炭土体积比为5∶5的混合基质,育苗效果最佳,成活率达到100%,出圃率为97.92%;出圃周期为60 d;根原基类型属于诱生根原基,起源于髓与环髓带交界处的细胞,生根方式为皮部生型根。本研究初步建立了沙柳嫩枝扦插快繁体系,为后续沙柳优良品种的快速繁殖提供理论依据和技术支撑。The research aimed to lay the research foundation for the future propagation and promotion of the excellent strains of Salix psammophila.In this study,the influencing factors and rooting mechanism of the rapid propagation system of Salix psammophila softwood cuttings were studied.The excellent clone'7-41'of Salix psammophila was selected.Through the L9(33)orthogonal test,the key influencing factors and the optimal factor level combination of rapid propagation in the process of softwood cutting of Salix psam⁃mophila were determined.Morphological and anatomical studies were carried out to reveal the histological origin and rooting type of adventitious roots generated by cuttings.The results showed that the length of cuttings,the position of cuttings,and the ratio of matrix had significant effects on the survival rate and sapling rate of Salix psammophila softwood cuttings.Among them,the greatest influence on the survival rate of roots was different cuttings,and the greatest influence on the sapling rate of roots was different matrix ratios.The middle of the branch with a length of 15 cm and the mixed matrix of perlite and peat soil with a volume ratio of 5∶5 had the best seedling effect,with a survival rate of 100%and a sapling rate of 97.92%.The nursery cycle was 60 d,the root primordium type belonged to the induced rooting primordium,which originated from the cells at the junction of the pith and the ring pith,and the rooting method was the skin type root.In this study,the rapid propagation system of Salix psammophila softwood cutting was preliminarily established,which provided theoretical basis and technical support for the rapid propagation of excellent varieties of Salix psammophila.
