摘 要:以生物基环氧固化剂月桂烯马来酸酐(MMY)、液体丁腈橡胶(CTBN)、环氧树脂(EP)制备EP/MMY/CTBN(EMC)改性沥青,对其力学性能和粘度特性进行了研究,并由荧光显微镜和扫描电镜观察了沥青试件相态结构和断面形貌。利用示差扫描量热仪分析了改性沥青体系的固化动力学。结果表明:改性剂掺加质量分数为50%时,随着MMY用量增加,改性剂逐渐交联。EP与MMY最优质量比为1∶0.8,此时改性沥青体系内形成交联网状结构,拉伸强度和断裂延伸率分别为2.05 MPa和210%,容留时间超过40 min,满足桥面铺装施工要求。EMC改性沥青体系固化反应活化能Ea为64.46 kJ/mol,指前因子A为9586.43/min,反应级数n为0.895。研究结果对生物基固化剂在桥面铺装中的推广应用具有指导意义。The bio-based epoxy curing agent myrcene maleic anhydride(MMY),liquid nitrile rubber(CTBN)and epoxy resin(EP)were used to prepare EP/MMY/CTBN(EMC)modified asphalt,its mechanical properties and viscosity characteristics were investigated.The phase structure and section morphology of asphalt specimen were observed by fluorescence microscope and scanning electron microscope.The curing kinetics of modified asphalt system was analyzed by DSC.The results showed that with the increase of MMY content,the modifier gradually crosslinked when the content of modifier was 50%.The optimal mass ratio of EP to MMY was 1∶0.8.At this time,the cross-linked network structure were formed in the modified asphalt system,which tensile strength and elongation at break were 2.05 MPa and 210%,respectively,and retention time was more than 40 min,meeting the construction requirements of bridge deck pavement.The curing reaction activation energy Ea,finger front factor A and reaction order n of the EMC modified asphalt system was 64.46 kJ/mol,9586.43/min and 0.895,repectively.The research results have a guiding significance for the popularization and application of bio-based curing agent in bridge deck pavement.
