基于文件连续体理论的口述红色档案开发利用路径探析

摘　　要：口述红色档案蕴含丰富的革命精神,具有极高的开发利用价值。文件连续体理论强调文件的利用,强调跨越文件保存机构间的合作,追求建构更为完整的社会记忆,可以对口述红色档案开发利用提供指导。本文基于文件连续体理论的四轴四维坐标体系,从轴的对应和维的应用两部分探讨口述红色档案的开发利用全过程,提出基于文件连续体理论的口述红色档案开发利用路径,包括改变传统观念,加强顶层设计;培养专业人员,提高口述红色档案开发利用能力;构建合作机制,避免资源孤岛现象;利用新媒体,扩大红色档案影响力。The oral red archives contain rich revolutionary spirits and have high development and utilization value.The Records Continuum Theory emphasizes the use of documents,emphasizes the cooperation among document preservation institutions,and pursues the construction of more complete social memory,which can provide guidance for the development and utilization of oral red archives.Based on the four-axis and four-dimensional coordinate system of the Records Continuum Theory,the whole process of the development and utilization of oral red archives is discussed from the two parts of axis correspondence and dimension application.The development and utilization path of oral red archives based on the Records Continuum Theory is proposed,including changing traditional concepts and strengthening top-level design;Cultivate professionals and improve the ability to develop and utilize oral red archives;Build a cooperation mechanism to avoid the phenomenon of resource islands;Utilize the new media to expand the influence of oral red archives.
