摘　　要：以正丁烷制顺酐反应为例,对固定床反应器热稳定性及操作参数灵敏性和操作影响因素进行研究,考察了不同操作条件(空速、冷却介质以及原料气正丁烷入口含量)下床层稳定态变化,并结合催化剂指标获得床层稳定的操作范围,对维持反应器稳态及工艺操作提供一定实验依据和操作指导,对工业放大具有一定的指导作用。Taking the research of n-butane to maleic anhydride as an example,the influence factors of thermostability and sensitivity of parameters as well as thereactor stability of different operating conditions was discussed,and changes of stable state under different operating conditions(air velocity,cooling medium,n-butane inlet content of raw gas)were investigated,which guided the optimization of reaction design and operating conditions for industrial amplification of maleic anhydride process.
