摘 要:针对油田产生废弃泥浆体系的不同和性质差异等问题,通过实验筛选出破胶效果最佳的无机高分子破胶剂,同时探究了不同废弃泥浆体系最佳的药剂投加量。结果表明:在其他条件相同的条件下,聚合氯化铁对油田废弃泥浆的破胶效果要优于聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁、聚合硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝铁;采用聚合氯化铁对不同井口的4种废弃泥浆(CFD11-6-D7H2、BZ25-1-WHPF F25、E17H1和QHD32-6-I26H1)进行破胶,需要向此4种废弃泥浆中投加聚合氯化铁的体积比至少分别为2%、3%、3%和2.5%才能达到破胶效果。In response to the issue of different types and properties of waste mud systems produced in oil fields,the inorganic polymer gel breaker with the best gel breaking effect was selected through experiments,and the optimal dosage of agents for different waste mud systems was explored.The results showed that under the same other conditions,the gel breaking effect of polymeric ferric chloride on oilfield waste mud was better than that of polymeric aluminum chloride,polymeric ferric sulfate,polymeric aluminum sulfate,and polymeric aluminum iron chloride;Polymeric iron chloride was used to break four types of waste mud(CFD11-6-D7H2,BZ25-1-WHPF F25,E17H1,and QHD32-6-I26H1)from different wellheads.It was necessary to add at least 2%,3%,3%,and 2.5%volume ratios of polymeric iron chloride to these four types of waste mud to achieve the breaking effect.
