摘　　要：简述了甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)装置的醚化工艺原理及工艺流程,介绍了丹东明珠特种树脂有限公司CDM-系列模块催化剂工艺技术的工业应用情况。结果表明:在相同工艺操作条件下,改造后的MTBE产品质量分数更高,最高达到97%,相比改造前纯度提高20%;产品中杂质含量降低,叔丁醇含量从2.6%降低至0.4%,碳五含量降低幅度显著,从13.4%降低至2.74%,甲基仲丁基醚(MSBE)含量降低至0.6%以下,比改造前降低近一倍;改造后,每年可节约蒸汽237.1万元,MTBE年增产1300t,每年可增加销售额858万元。The etherification process principle and process flow of the methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)unit was briefly described,and the industrial application of the CDM series module catalyst process technology of Dandong Mingzhu Special Resin Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The results showed that under the same process operating conditions,the quality fraction of the modified MTBE product was higher,reaching a maximum of 97%,which increased the purity by 20%compared to before the modification.The content of impurities in the product was reduced.The content of tert-butyl alcohol was reduced from 2.6%to 0.4%,and the content of C_5 was significantly reduced from 13.4%to 2.74%.The content of methyl sec-butyl ether(MSBE)can be reduced to below 0.6%,nearly twice as much as before the transformation.After renovation,it can save 2.371 million yuan of steam per year,increase MTBE production by 1300t per year,and increase sales by 8.58 million yuan per year.
