摘　　要：以丁醇、甘油为起始剂,与环氧丙烷反应合成低分子量聚氧丙烯醚;再以低分子量聚氧丙烯醚为中间体,在DMC催化剂作用下与环氧丙烷反应合成聚氧丙烯醚20000,然后由聚氧丙烯醚20000制备成MS胶,并测试其性能。考察了合成低分子量聚氧丙烯醚的催化剂种类、合成聚氧丙烯醚20000催化剂用量、反应温度及中间体种类对产品性能的影响。确定的最佳工艺条件为:金属钠为合成低分子量丁醇聚氧丙烯醚的最佳催化剂。合成分子量达21709的聚氧丙烯醚20000的催化剂DMC用量为40×10^(-6)、反应温度为130℃、混合物中间体中分子量为300的甘油聚氧丙烯醚与分子量为900的丁醇聚氧丙烯醚的质量比为7∶3。用聚氧丙烯醚20000制备的MS胶弹性模量达0.28MPa,断裂伸长率达592%,弹性恢复率达83.5%。Low molecular weight polyoxypropylene ether was synthesized by reacting butanol and glycerol with propylene oxide as starting agents.Then,low molecular weight polyoxypropylene ether was used as an intermediate,and DMC catalyzed the reaction with propylene oxide to synthesize polyoxypropylene ether 20000.MS adhesive was prepared from polyoxypropylene ether 20000,and its properties were tested.The types of catalysts for synthesizing low-molecular-weight polyoxypropylene ether,the amount of catalyst used for synthesizing polyoxypropylene ether 20000,the reaction temperature,and the types of intermediates was investigated.The optimal process conditions were determined as follows:synthesis of low-molecular-weight butanol polyoxypropylene ether catalyzed by metallic sodium,40×10^(-6)catalyst DMC amount,reaction temperature 130℃.The mixture of glycerol polyoxypropylene ether with a molecular weight of 300 and butanol polyoxypropylene ether with a molecular weight of 900 in a 7∶3 weight ratio is used as an intermediate to synthesize polyoxypropylene ether 20000.The molecular weight reaches 21709.The MS adhesive prepared with it has an elastic modulus of 0.28MPa,an elongation at break of 592%,and an elastic recovery rate of 83.5%.
