摘　　要：中国X射线荧光光谱(XRF)自1960年起,已经历了60多年的发展,相关文献数量已过万,其中的评述文献是读者了解我国XRF分析现状与发展趋势的最便捷工具之一。本文收集了181篇1960-2020年发表的XRF评述文献,按综合性评述、年度评述和专题评述进行分类和评介,并对其中影响较大的文献做了进一步说明(引用文献184篇)。X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF)has experienced more than 60 years of development in China since 1960,and the amount of relevant literatures has passed 10000,among which the review literatures are one of the most convenient tools for readers to understand the status quo and development trend of XRF analysis in China.A total of 181 XRF review literatures published from 1960 to 2020 were collected,and classified and evaluated according to comprehensive review,annual review and special review.The influential literatures among them were further described(184 ref.cited).
