摘  要:现有不确定性谐波潮流算法采用典型理论频谱描述新能源发电的谐波发射特性,且未计及控制策略对运行不确定性的影响,难以准确分析新能源发电与非线性用户的谐波交互问题。针对上述问题,采用仿射算术建立系统的不确定性模型,提出计及新能源控制策略影响的仿射谐波潮流算法。首先,计及气象和背景谐波不确定性,建立风电和光伏的谐波源仿射模型,描述新能源发电的不确定性谐波发射特性;其次,分析新能源发电在不同无功控制策略下的功率特性,构建新能源发电的机网接口仿射模型;在此基础上,采用超松弛迭代法求解谐波潮流的仿射方程,通过将谐波源节点和非谐波源节点分立求解,降低迭代方程维数,得到电网谐波电压的区间范围;此后,量化分析新能源谐波电流不确定性对电网谐波电压的影响程度,并实现电网谐波电压不确定性的溯源;最后,通过仿真和算例分析,验证了所提算法的可行性和有效性。The existing uncertain harmonic power flow algorithms usually adopt the typical theoretical spectrum to describe the harmonic emission characteristics of the renewable energy generation without taking into account the influence of the control strategies on the operation uncertainty.So it is difficult to accurately analyze the harmonic interaction between the renewable energy generation and the nonlinear users.In order to solve the above problems,a system uncertainty model based on the affine arithmetic is established and an affine harmonic power flow algorithm considering the influence of the renewable energy control strategies is proposed.Firstly,taking into account the meteorological and the background harmonic uncertainties,the affine models of the harmonic sources for the wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation are established to describe the uncertain harmonic emission characteristics of the renewable energy generation.Then,the power characteristics of the renewable energy generation under different reactive power control strategies are analyzed,and the affine models of the network interface for the renewable energy generation are constructed.On this basis,the successive over-relaxation iteration is used to solve the affine equation of the harmonic power flow,and the interval range of the harmonic voltage is obtained.At the same time,the dimension of the iteration equation is reduced by solving the harmonic source nodes and the linear nodes separately.After that,the influence degree of the uncertain harmonic current of the renewable energy generation on the grid harmonic voltage is quantified,and the source of the grid harmonic voltage uncertainty is traced.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are verified by simulation and case analysis.
