摘  要:在电力市场化改革的背景下,研究充分考虑市场博弈的配电网规划方法具有重要的理论和实际意义。针对该问题,该文考虑电力市场环境下源荷侧的多边不完全信息博弈行为以及其市场选择概率的动态演化过程,提出了一种基于多边不完全信息演化博弈的配电网规划方法。首先分别构建包括分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)投资运营商、售电公司和配网投资运营商在内的各市场主体的规划收益模型;其次提出可用于市场环境下模拟市场选择行为的供、需侧效用函数及其市场选择概率决策模型;然后进一步分析了各主体之间的不完全信息演化博弈关系,并给出演化均衡下的贝叶斯纳什均衡条件;在此基础上,提出了一种基于不完全信息演化博弈的规划模型,并利用协同进化算法对上述模型进行求解。仿真结果验证了该文方法的正确性和有效性。Under the background of power system reform,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the distribution network planning methods based on the games between the market players.In view of this problem,a distribution network planning method based on the multilateral incomplete information evolutionary game is proposed.The multi-lateral incomplete information game behavior of the market players in both the supply and demand sides,and the dynamic evolution process of the market selection probability are considered in this paper.Firstly,the planning profit models of the Distributed Generation(DG)investment operators,the electricity retailers and the distribution network investment operators are constructed respectively.Then the supply and demand sides utility functions are proposed which can be used to simulate the market selection behavior.The incomplete information evolutionary game relationship among the players and the Bayesian Nash equilibrium are analyzed.On this basis,a planning model based on the incomplete information evolutionary game is proposed,and an improved co-evolutionary algorithm is used to solve the model.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are Project Supported by Headquarters Science and Technology Project of State Grid Corporation of China(Grant No.5100-202256008A-1-1-ZN).verified by the simulation results.
