摘  要:在传统农业灌溉周期中,农户灌溉用水的无序性既会给配电网造成短时负荷大幅波动等安全性问题,也会增加农业园区用电、用水的成本。在此背景下,该文提出基于主从博弈的配电网–农灌园区双层互动协调优化模型,上层配电网(electrical distribution network,EDN)通过制定有效的分时电价与下层农灌园区(agricultural irrigation park,AIP)进行互动博弈,引导农灌园区进行有序灌溉用电、用水。配电网主要以综合运行成本、变压器负载均衡、农灌负荷峰谷差等为优化目标进行运行方式与分时电价最优决策;农灌园区则基于配电网发布的分时电价,以自身成本和满意度为目标,并考虑灌溉机井约束、蓄水池约束、地下水约束、光伏出力等约束条件,进行用电、用水最优化决策;通过双方互动迭代实现灌溉的有序调控和协调优化。最后,在修改后的148节点系统上进行算例验证,结果表明模型在降低农灌园区用电成本的同时能够有效支撑配电网的安全可靠运行,实现农灌园区与配电网的双方共赢。In the traditional agricultural irrigation peroids,the farmers'irrigation watering usually appears disordered,which causes some security problems to the electrical distribution network such as large fluctuation of short-term loads and increases the costs of electricity and water consumptions in the agricultural parks.In this context,this paper proposes a double-layer interactive coordination optimization model of the electrical distribution network and agricultural irrigation park based on the master-slave game.The leader electrical distribution network plays an interactive game with the follower agricultural irrigation parks by formulating an effective time-of-use(TOU)price so as to guide the agricultural irrigation parks to use electricity and water orderly.The electrical distribution network makes the optimal decision of TOU prices by considering the comprehensive operation costs,the transformer load balance,and the peak-valley difference of agricultural irrigation loads.Based on the TOU prices issued by the distribution network,the agricultural irrigation park takes its own cost and satisfaction factors as the targets,considering the constraints of the irrigation pumps,the impounding reservoirs,the groundwater,the photovoltaic output and others to make the optimal decisions on the electricity and water consumptions.The orderly regulation and coordinated irrigation optimization is then realized through the interactive iteration.Finally,an example is verified in the modified 148-node system to determine that the model is able to effectively support the safe and reliable operation of the electrical distribution network while reducing the electricity costs of agricultural irrigation parks,achieving a win-win situation between the electrical distribution network and the agricultural irrigation parks.
