摘　　要：肺移植是多种终末期肺疾病唯一有效的治疗方法。与成人肺移植相比,我国儿童肺移植发展缓慢,主要原因在于医护人员及患儿家属对儿童肺移植的接受程度低。综合国内外关于儿童肺移植的文献综述和经验报道制定本专家建议,旨在提高儿科医师对儿童肺移植的认识,使更多终末期肺疾病患儿能及时转诊和进行评估,并通过肺移植得到重获生命和改善生活质量的机会。Lung transplantation is the only effective treatment for a variety of end-stage lung diseases.Mainly due to the low acceptance of pediatric lung transplantation by medical staff and patients′families,development of lung transplantation in children is far behind that in adults in China.In order to enhance the understanding of pediatrician about lung transplantation,enable more end-stage lung disease children to be referred and be evaluated timely,as well as to regain their lives and improve quality of life through lung transplantation,the expert recommendations for pediatric lung transplantation are hereby written based on the literature reviews and experience reports on pediatric lung transplantation both domestically and internationally.
