摘 要:以聚醚砜树脂(PES)为基体材料,纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO_(2))为填料,采用选择性激光烧结技术(SLS)制备PES/nano-SiO_(2)复合材料烧结件,研究了nano-SiO_(2)含量为0~3%(质量分数,下同)时对烧结件表面质量和力学性能的影响。结果表明,烧结件的轮廓算术平均偏差(Ra)在nano-SiO_(2)含量为0.1%~1%时变化较小,当nano-SiO_(2)含量超过1%后显著上升;烧结件拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度随着nano-SiO_(2)含量的增加均呈先增大后减小的趋势。当nanoSiO_(2)含量为0.5%时,烧结件的拉伸强度和弯曲强度均达到最大值,相较于纯PES烧结件,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提升了22.66%和41.51%;烧结件的冲击强度在nano-SiO_(2)含量为0.7%时达到最大值,提升了12.10%。Polyethersulfone resin(PES)/nano-SiO_(2) composite sintered parts were prepared through selective laser sintering using PES as a matrix and nano-SiO_(2) as a filler.The effect of nano-SiO_(2) content on the surface quality and mechanical properties of the composite sintered parts were investigated.The results indicated that the composite sintered parts presented a little change in the arithmetic mean in the nano-SiO_(2) content range of 0.1~1.0 wt%and then their deviation increased significantly at a nano-SiO_(2) content above 1.0 wt%.The tensile strength and flexural strength of the composite sintered parts increased first and then tended to decrease with an increase in the nano-SiO_(2) content.The tensile strength and bending strength of the composite sintered parts reached a maximum at a nano-SiO_(2) content of 0.5 wt%.Compared to pure PES sintered parts,the composite sintered parts exhibited an increase in tensile strength and bending strength by 22.66% and 41.51%,respectively.Their impact strength reached a maximum at a nanoSiO_(2) content of 0.7 wt%,which was increased by 12.10%.
