健儿散联合西医常规治疗小儿厌食症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健儿散联合常规西药治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效及对血清胃动力、胃蛋白酶原水平的影响。方法:将120例厌食症患儿按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用健儿散治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、血清胃动力指标[神经肽Y (NPY)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)]及胃蛋白酶原(PGⅠ、PGⅡ)水平,评估2组临床疗效及安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各项中医证候评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组各项中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清MOT、GAS、NPY水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组血清MOT、GAS、NPY水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃蛋白酶原PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组胃蛋白酶原PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健儿散联合常规西药治疗厌食症患儿疗效确切,能有效改善患儿胃动力和胃蛋白酶原水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jian'er Powder combined with routine western medicine for children with anorexia and its effect on the levels of gastric motility and pepsinogen in serum.Methods:A total of 120 cases of children with anorexia were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jian'er Powder based on the treatment of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and the levels of gastric motility indexes [neuropeptide Y(NPY),gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT)] and pepsinogen(PGⅠ,PGⅡ) in serum were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;the clinical effects and safety in the two groups were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 83.33% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MOT,GAS,and NPY in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of MOT,GAS,and NPY in serum in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of PGⅠ and PGⅡ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jian'er Powder combined with routine western medicine for children with anorexia has a definite curative effect,and can effectively improve the levels of gastric motility and pepsinogen.
