摘　　要：目的:探索总结并分析针灸治疗斑秃的取穴规律。方法:通过计算机网络结合人工逐条检索检索中国知网(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、PubMed、Web of Science建库至2022年2月有关针灸治疗斑秃公开发表的文献,建立针灸治疗斑秃数据库并运用数据挖掘技术分析取穴规律特点。结果:共检索出304篇文献,经筛选符合要求的共有137篇,共计245个有效针灸处方,1 240条穴位数据,包含109个腧穴。分析发现使用频次排名前5位的穴位是百会、三阴交、风池、足三里、肾俞,其中督脉所涉及腧穴最多。因子分析提取了7个主因子,聚类分析则将腧穴分为3类,其中常用穴位配伍为头维、肾俞、肝俞、四神聪、百会、上星、生发穴。结论:针灸治疗斑秃取穴以督脉、足太阳膀胱经和足少阳胆经穴位为主,最常选用的特定穴是交会穴。Objective:To explore,summarize and analyze the point selection rules in using acupuncture to treat alopecia areata based on data mining.Methods:Through computer network and manual retrieval,the CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed and Web of Science self-established databases were successively searched for published literature on using acupuncture to treat alopecia areata from February 2022.A database of using acupuncture to treat alopecia areata was established,and data mining technology was used to analyze the characteristics of point selection rules.Results:A total of 304 literature were retrieved,and 137 of which met the requirements after screening,with a total of 245 effective acupuncture prescriptions and 1 240 point data,including 109 points.It was found that the top five points used frequently were Baihui point(DU20),Sanyinjiao point(SP6),Fengchi point(GB20),Zusanli point(ST36) and Shenshu point(BL23),among which governor vessel involved the most points.According to factor analysis,seven main factors were extracted,and those points were divided into three categories after cluster analysis,among which the common points were Touwei point(ST8),Shenshu point(BL23),Ganshu point(BL18),Sishencong point(EX-HN1),Baihui point(DU20),Shangxing point(DU23) and Shengfa points.Conclusion:The main points of acupuncture to treat alopecia areata are points on governor vessel,the foot taiyang bladder channel and the foot shaoyang gallbladder channel,and the most commonly selected point is the intersecting points.
