基于久病入络理论探讨益气活血通络法治疗老年慢性萎缩性胃炎

摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是胃癌最主要危险因素之一,萎缩程度与年龄及癌变风险呈正相关。徐甦教授基于久病入络理论,认为老年CAG核心病机为气虚络瘀,治疗当以健脾益气、活血通络为主,以期延缓逆转萎缩、肠化进程,防治癌变,并在此基础上创制健脾愈萎汤。Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) is one main risk factor for gastric cancer,and the degree of atrophy is positively correlated with age and cancerization risk.Based on the theory of chronic disease entering collaterals,Professor XU Su believes that the core pathogenesis of senile CAG is qi deficiency and collaterals stasis,and the treatment should mainly focus on fortifying the spleen and boosting qi,and invigorating blood and unblocking the collaterals,so as to delay and reverse the process of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia,and prevent and treat cancer.On this basis,he created Jianpi Yuwei Decoction.
