小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的 观察评价孟鲁司特钠联合小儿咳喘灵颗粒治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法 使用计算机对中英文数据库(中文学术期刊全文数据库、维普中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、The Cochrane Library、PubMed和Web of Science)进行文献检索,收集建库至2023年5月22日的临床随机对照试验文献。双人独立进行文献筛选、资料提取、分析数据。结果 共纳入9个试验,912例患儿。孟鲁司特钠联合小儿咳喘灵颗粒组对比对照组的Meta分析结果:症状消失时间[MD=4.04,95%CI(4.49,3.60),P<0.000 01]、总有效率[RR=1.28,95%CI(1.20,1.36),P<0.000 01]、FEV1%[MD=7.99,95%CI(7.30,8.69),P<0.000 01]、复发率[RR=0.29,95%CI(0.16,0.54),P<0.000 01],其差异均有统计学意义;不良反应率[RR=1.00,95%CI(0.30,3.37),P=1.00],差异无统计学意义。结论 联合组和对照组的安全性相近,但鉴于联合组的疗效更佳,因此临床治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘可选择孟鲁司特钠联合小儿咳喘灵颗粒。Objective:To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Montelukast sodium tablets combined with Xiao′er Kechuanling Granules in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods:Com⁃puter was used to search the Chinese and English databases(Chinese Journal Full-text Database,VIP Chinese Database,WanFang Database,China Biomedical Literature Database,The Cochrane Library,PubMed,and Web of Science)to collect the clinical randomized controlled trials from inception to May 22,2023.Two people indepen⁃dently screened the literature,extracted and analyzed the data.Results:A total of 912 children from 9 trials pub⁃lished were included.Meta-analysis results of montelukast sodium tablets combined with Xiao′er Kechuanling Granules compared with the control group:time to symptom disappearance[MD=-4.04,95%CI(4.49,3.60),P<0.00001],total effective rate[RR=1.28,95%CI(1.20,1.36),P<0.00001],FEV1%[MD=7.99,95%CI(7.30,8.69),P<0.00001],recurrence rate[RR=0.29,95%CI(0.16,0.54),P<0.00001],the difference was statistical⁃ly significant;adverse reaction rate[RR=1.00,95%CI(0.30,3.37),P=1.00],the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The safety profile of the combination group and the control group is similar,but in view of the better efficacy of the combination group,montelukast sodium tablets combined with Xiao′er Kechuanling Gran⁃ules can be selected for the clinical treatment of cough variant asthma in children.
