摘　　要：目的总结按动疗法“六经六法”治疗急性腰痛的特色技术并探讨其学术内涵。方法以《素问·刺腰痛篇》《灵枢经·经脉》《灵枢经·经筋》等篇目中有关足六经所致腰痛、足六经循行和主病的相关论述为基础,分析脊柱腰段六经分区及六经所主疼痛和活动受限特征,明确各经所主急性腰痛主症。从形气失和的基本病机探讨分六经、抓主症、按动结合三方面治疗急性腰痛的基本思路和技术特色。结果完善了按动疗法“六经六法”治疗急性腰痛的理论内涵,详析各手法技术规范及特色。结论按动疗法“六经六法”治疗急性腰痛中医特色突出,其中分六经抓主症、调枢机和形气、按动结合医患配合等学术内涵丰富,值得进一步挖掘推广。Objective:To summarize the technique characteristics of "six meridians and six methods" of pressing therapy for acute low back pain and to explore its academic connotation.Methods:1)Based on the relevant discussions on low back pain caused by the six meridians of the foot and the main diseases in the articles of Suwen-Low Back Pain,Lingshu Jing-Meridian and Pulse,Lingshu Jing-Meridian and Tendon,and other articles,the pain and activity limitation characteristics of the six meridian divisions of the spine were analyzed,and the main symptoms of acute low back pain of each meridian were clarified.2)From the basic pathogenesis of qi and form disharmony,the basic ideas and technical characteristics of the treatment of acute low back pain by the three aspects of distinguishing six meridians,grasping the main symptom,and combining pressing therapy.Results:The theoretical connotation of the "Six Meridians and Six Methods" of pressing therapy in the treatment of acute low back pain was improved,and the technical specifications and characteristics of each technique were analyzed in detail.Conclusion:The TCM characteristics of "Six Meridians and Six Methods" in the treatment of acute low back pain by pressing therapy are prominent,and the academic connotations of the six meridians are rich,such as grasping the main symptoms,regulating cardinals and qi,and combining the combination of movement with doctors and patients,which are worthy of further exploration and promotion.
