摘　　要：目的 观察蜂针疗法对急性腰痛患者疼痛程度、腰部活动度、功能障碍指数的影响。方法 将80例急性腰痛患者随机分为采用蜂针疗法的试验组与采用毫针疗法的对照组各40例,治疗前、第1次治疗后即刻对两组患者视觉模拟量表(VAS)、重复改良Schober试验(MMS)进行评定,疗程结束后对两组患者VAS、MMS和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)进行评定,并最终进行两组临床疗效比较。结果 两组第1次治疗后即刻VAS评分降低,MMS评分升高(P<0.05),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组治疗后VAS、ODI评分均降低,MMS评分升高,试验组评分差异均更为明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 蜂针疗法治疗急性腰痛临床疗效优于毫针疗法。Objective:To observe the effect of bee acupuncture on pain degree,lumbar mobility and dysfunc⁃tion index in patients with acute low back pain.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute low back pain were randomly divided into a bee acupuncture therapy test group and a filiform needle therapy control group,with 40 pa⁃tients in each group.After the first treatment,the two groups were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)and repeated modified Schober test(MMS)immediately.After the treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS),modified Schober test(MMS)and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)were performed in the two groups.In the end,the clini⁃cal efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After the first treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased immediately,and the MMS score increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups decreased,and the MMS score increased(P<0.05).The difference in the scores of the experimental group was more obvious,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of bee acupunc⁃ture therapy in the treatment of acute low back pain is superior to that of filiform needle therapy,and it is worth promoting and applying.
