摘　　要：清代医家陈复正所著《幼幼集成》中对小儿哮喘的阐述系统全面。他认为哮喘分虚实,分别从病因病机论治哮喘,从病程分期论治哮喘,认为哮喘病位在肺,与五脏有密切的关系,病因病机以痰火内郁,风寒外束为主,且注重哮喘的预防,提出哮喘预防方剂。也详细记载了哮喘的危急重症,其发作时的临床症状、用药与预后。《幼幼集成》对小儿哮喘的病因病机认识、治则方药,对当今临床仍具有宝贵的指导意义。Qing Dynasty physician Chen Fuzheng′s Complete Work on Children′s Diseases has a comprehensive exposition of pediatric asthmatic diarrhea.He believed that asthma was divided into virtuality and reality and treat⁃ed the disease from the etiology of the pathogenesis,from the course of the disease staged.He believed that asth⁃ma was located in the lung and had a close relationship with the five internal organs.The etiological pathogenesis was mainly phlegm and fire depression,wind cold external bundle.And pay attention to asthma prevention,pro⁃pose asthma prevention formulas.The book also recorded the critical illness of asthma,clinical symptoms,medica⁃tion and prognosis at the time of its attack.Complete Work on Children′s Diseases still has valuable guiding significance for the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of pediatric asthma and the treatment of prescription drugs.
