精细化门急诊麻醉、精神药品处方前置审核规则的设置与实践

摘　　要：目的:促进门急诊麻醉、精神药品的合理应用以及前置审方工作的开展。方法:对门急诊麻醉、精神药品处方审核规则进行细化。调取前置审方精细化规则实施前(2020年11月~2021年7月)和实施后(2021年8月~2022年4月)的处方,评价该规则在门急诊麻醉、精神药品处方前置审核中的实践效果。结果:精细化门急诊麻醉、精神药品审方规则实施后,合格处方的比例由92.5%上升至97.8%,二类精神药品处方干预率为89.85%,干预成功率为94.4%;预审拦截后有相应问题的处方数下降。结论:精细化规则在门急诊麻醉、精神药品处方前置审核中的实践初见成效,可提高门急诊麻精处方质量和审方效率。Objective:To promote the rational application of outpatient and emergency narcoticsand psychotropic drugs and the work of the prescription pre-review.Methods:Prescriptions were collected before(November 2020-July 2021)and after(August 2021-April 2022)the refinement of the review rules for prescriptions of outpatient and emergency narcotics and psychotropic drugs to evaluate the practical effects of the refined rules.Results:After the refinement of the review rules,the proportion of qualified prescriptions increased from 92.5%to 97.8%,the prescription intervention rate was 89.85%and the intervention success rate was 94.4%,and the number of prescriptions with corresponding problems decreased.Conclusion:The practice of the refined rules in pre-review of prescriptions for outpatient and emergency narcotics and psychotropic drugs has achieved initial results,and the pre-review system can standardize clinical prescription behavior,improve the quality and efficiency of outpatient anesthetic prescriptions,which has a certain application value in clinical drug risk prevention,clinical rational drug use and pharmaceutical affair management.
