乡村振兴与新型职业农民幸福感契合研究——以湖北省孝感市为例

摘　　要：新型职业农民是我国新时代乡村振兴的重要力量,其幸福感的提升直接关系到乡村振兴战略的成功实施和农业农村现代化的实现。随着乡村振兴战略的全面实施,孝感市新型职业农民的幸福感明显增强,但也还存在农业产业发展受限和辐射带动增收有限,农村公共服务质量不高,农村社会保障体系不健全等短板。进一步提升新型职业农民幸福感需要加强党建引领、振兴乡村产业、建设和美乡村、完善社会保障体系。New professional farmers are an important force for rural revitalization in the new era of China,and the enhancement of their happiness is directly related to the successful implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the realization of the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The survey shows that with the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the happiness of new professional farmers in Xiaogan has increased significantly,but there are still short boards such as limited development of the agricultural industry and limited radiation-driven income generation,poor quality of public services such as rural culture,education and health care and an unsound rural social security system.To further enhance the sense of well-being of new professional farmers need to strengthen the leadership of party building and revitalization of rural industries,build a beautiful countryside and improve the social security system.
