摘　　要：目的:为提高我国妇幼保健机构卫生资源可及性与公平性提供参考。方法:基于2013—2022年《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》数据,采用集聚度对妇幼保健机构的卫生资源可及性及地区差异进行分析。结果:我国妇幼保健机构数量较为稳定、专业技术人员不断增加,但地区差异明显;妇幼保健机构卫生资源的可及性呈现出“人口密集地区>人口均值地区>人口稀疏地区”的特点,公平性方面呈现出“人口均值、稀疏地区优于人口密集地区”的特点。结论:应综合考虑人口因素与地理因素,关注区域内外的差异,优化配置与合理利用妇幼保健机构的卫生资源。Objective To provide reference for improving the accessibility and equity of health resources in maternal and child health institutions in China.Methods Using the data from the"China Health Statistical Yearbook"from 2013 to 2022,the accessibility and regional differences of health resources in maternal and child health institutions were analyzed.Results The number of maternal and child health institutions in China is relatively stable,and the number of professional and technical personnel is constantly increasing,but there are significant regional differences.The accessibility of health resources in maternal and child health institutions shows a characteristic of"densely populated areas>areas with average population>sparsely populated areas".But in terms of equity,areas with average population and sparsely populated areas are superior to densely populated areas.Conclusion It is necessary to comprehensively consider demographic and geographical factors,pay attention to differences within and outside the region,optimize the allocation and rational utilization of health resources in maternal and child health institutions.
