摘　　要：目的:对重庆市长期护理保险受益人满意度进行测评,提出相关建议。方法:通过自制问卷对重庆市长期护理保险受益人进行满意度测评,使用Logistic回归分析满意度的影响因素。结果:重庆市长期护理保险受益人满意度得分较高(4.31±0.57分),满意度95.60%;定点服务机构、补偿额度以及自付费用对满意度有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:提高保险经办机构工作效率,加强定点服务机构建设,适当提高补偿额度,减少自付费用,提升长期护理保险受益人满意度。Objective To evaluate the satisfaction of long-term care insurance beneficiaries in Chongqing,and to provide relevant suggestions.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to measure the satisfaction of long-term care insurance beneficiaries through a self-made questionnaire,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction.Results The overall satisfaction score of long-term care insurance beneficiaries in Chongqing was relatively high(4.31±0.57 points),with a satisfaction rate of 95.60%.The designated service provider,the amount of compensation and out-of-pocket expenses had a significant effect on satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the satisfaction of long-term care insurance beneficiaries,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the insurance agencies,strengthen the construction of the designated service institutions,appropriately increase the compensation amount and reduce out-of-pocket expenses.
