摘　　要：当前,医用耗材信息化管理存在信息传递不通畅、无法多维度预算控制、库存成本高等问题。在以业财融合为基础的智能财务下,可将医用耗材管理与预算、病种及CMI相结合,建立耗材使用量与病种、CMI之间的对应关系,制定耗材按病种分类预算额度,从而实现对医用耗材使用的有效管理。At present,there are problems in the information management of medical consumables,such as poor information transmission,inability to multi-dimensionally control budgets,and high inventory costs.Under intelligent finance based on the integration of industry and finance,medical consumables management can be combined with budgeting,disease types,and CMI.It is necessary to establish a corresponding relationship between the usage of consumables and disease types,CMI,and establish a budget for consumables based on disease classification,in order to effectively manage the use of medical consumables.
