摘　　要：当前,公立医院预算管理工作存在诸多问题和难点,引入预算项目库管理,构建以项目库为基本单元的医院预算管理体系,可以促进医院整体战略目标与经济运营深入融合。项目库管理主要包括项目申报、遴选、预算项目执行和实施以及分类管理,公立医院通过规范管理流程、建立组织机构、加强制度和专业队伍建设、强化信息系统建设,保障项目库管理的顺利实施,从而完善预算管理体系。At present,there are many problems and difficulties in the budget management of public hospitals.The concept of budget project database management is introduced to build a hospital budget management system with project database as the basic unit,which can promote the deep integration of overall strategic goals and economic operations in public hospitals.Project database management mainly includes project application,selection,budget execution and implementation,and classification management.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of project database management and improve the budget performance management system public hospitals should standardize management processes,establish organizational structures,strengthen system and professional team building,and strengthen information system construction.
