国土调查成果在基本烟田保护区划定中的应用

摘　　要：开展基本烟田保护区划定,是严格落实基本烟田保护责任,统筹推进基本烟田保护区建设、规划和保护管理的重要依据。本文利用第三次全国国土调查数据成果,结合基本烟田保护区划定的基本要求,利用外业实地调查方法,探索基本烟田保护区划定的技术流程与方法。研究结果表明,基于第三次全国国土调查成果开展基本烟田保护区划定,技术路线科学、合理,成果可靠,可以为基本烟田保护区划定工作提供有益的参考。The demarcation of basic tobacco field protection areas is an important basis for strictly carrying out basic tobacco fields protecting,and promoting the construction,planning and protection management of such areas.Based on the third national land resource survey,combined with the basic requirements of the basic tobacco field protection area demarcation,this paper discusses the technical process and method of the basic tobacco field protection area demarcation by field surveying techniques.The results show that the technical route is scientific,reasonable and the results are reliable based on the third national land resource survey,which can provide useful technical reference for the demarcation of the basic tobacco field protection area.
