摘　　要：上海市作为超大城市,在城市治理尤其是基层社区管理过程中,需要统一、权威、翔实的空间数据作为支撑,这使得空间数据不仅要作为基础底图可看,还要能在城市治理的各项工作中做到可用,这就需要构建空间数据体系,以保证能够全面支撑城市治理的各项工作。本文针对空间数据体系构建中数据分类分级、空间数据编码、空间数据组织、空间服务能力建设几项工作进行研究,经实践取得了良好的效果。As a megacity,Shanghai City requires unified,authoritative,and detailed spatial data as support in the process of urban governance,especially in grassroots governance.The spatial data needs to not only serve as a basic foundation but also be available in various aspects of urban governance.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a spatial data system to ensure comprehensive support for urban governance.This paper performs researches on spatial data system construction,including data classification and grading,spatial data coding,spatial data organization,and spatial service capacity building.It is proved by practices that good results have been achieved.
