摘　　要：创新和发展农业社会化服务模式是实现小农户与现代农业有效衔接的重要举措。本文基于数字农业和现代农业的发展趋势,探讨了数字化“金融+产业”农业社会化服务模式创新的内在机理,以中和农信“乡助”APP数字化平台为案例,分析了其服务小农户农业生产的社会化服务创新模式。研究发现,数字化“金融+产业”农业社会化服务模式通过降低农业生产成本、提高农业生产效率和增加农业生产收入,为小农户提供了覆盖农业生产全过程的综合性服务,形成了可持续的农业社会化服务新模式。案例分析表明,“乡助”APP数字化平台拓宽了小农户信息获取渠道、农资采购渠道和农产品销售渠道,降低了小农户使用金融服务的门槛,帮助小农户跨越“数字鸿沟”,有助于小农户与大市场、数字化金融服务和现代农业技术有机衔接。本文研究为进一步完善数字化“金融+产业”农业社会化服务模式,更好地推动小农户与现代农业有机衔接提供了启示。The innovation and development of agricultural socialized service mode is an important measure to realize effective connection between smallholder farmers and modern agriculture.Based on the development trend of digital agriculture and modern agriculture, this paper discusses the innovation of digital “finance + industry” agricultural socialized service mode.By analyzing the internal mechanism of this model, CHONGHO BRIDGE's “Xiangzhu” APP digital platform is taken as a case to analyze its social service innovation mode of serving smallholder farmers' agricultural production.It is found that the digital “finance + industry” agricultural socialized service mode provides comprehensive services covering the whole process of agricultural production for smallholder farmers by reducing agricultural production costs, improving agricultural production efficiency and increasing agricultural production income, and forms a new sustainable agricultural socialized service mode.The case analysis shows that the digital platform of “Xiangzhu” APP broadens the channels of information acquisition, agricultural materials procurement and agricultural products sales of smallholder farmers, lowers the threshold of financial services for smallholder farmers, helps them to cross the “digital divide”,and helps them to organically connect with the big market, digital financial services and modern agricultural technology.This study provides enlightenment for further improving the digital “finance + industry” agricultural socialized service mode and better promoting the organic connection between smallholder farmers and modern agriculture.
