摘  要:传统的振动收集系统存在共振频率高、频带窄、电压低等缺点,基于永磁体间的非线性磁力设计一种磁致伸缩式三稳态振动收集系统。利用磁偶极子模型对系统的势能和永磁体间的非线性磁力进行仿真分析。通过实验将三稳态与传统结构和双稳态输出响应进行比较,对不同永磁体间距三稳态的输出电压进行实验测试,引入偏置磁场增加电压输出效果,当自由端与固定端永磁体间距为10 mm,固定端永磁体间距为16 mm,系统输出电压达到868 mV。结果表明:磁致伸缩式三稳态振动收集系统可以有效改善传统的振动能量收集器的采集能力。Traditional vibration collection systems have shortcomings such as high resonance frequency,narrow frequency band,and low voltage.Based on the nonlinear magnetic force between permanent magnets,a magnetostrictive tristable vibration collection system was designed.The magnetic dipole model was used to simulate and analyze the potential energy of the system and the nonlinear magnetic force between permanent magnets.By comparing the output response of the tristable with traditional structures and bistable structures through experiments,the output voltage of the tristable with different permanent magnet spacing was tested experimentally.A bias magnetic field was introduced to increase the voltage output effect.When the distance between the free end and fixed end permanent magnets was 10 mm,and the distance between the fixed end permanent magnets was 16 mm,the system output voltage reached 868 mV.The results show that the magnetostrictive tristable vibration collection system can effectively improve the collection ability of traditional vibration energy collectors.
