摘  要:磷石膏经反浮选提纯后可资源化利用,浮选过程中会产生大量废水,因此为了节约水资源,保护生态环境,有必要开展磷石膏反浮选废水的回收利用研究。将无机絮凝剂CaO和有机絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)联合用于磷石膏反浮选废水高效沉降,处理后的水回用于浮选系统,试验结果表明:自然沉降达到底流浓度时间为116.08 min,当CaO、PAM加药量分别为1 kg/t、50 g/t时,混凝沉降达到底流浓度时间缩短了近90 min;8.5 min时出水率达到51.96%,上部澄清区浊度为15 NTU;将废水处理后回用至浮选流程中,发现其对磷石膏浮选指标无不利影响。研究成果可为类似废水资源的综合利用提供参考。In order to achieve resource utilization of phosphogypsum upgraded by using reverse flotation process from which a large amount of wastewater is generated,it is necessary to carry out the study on recycling of the effluent not only for water conservation but also for ecological protection.In the study combination of CaO as an inorganic flocculant and polyacrylamide as an organic flocculant(PAM) was employed for efficient sedimentation of effluents from reverse flotation of phosphogypsum,and the treated water was reused in the flotation circuit.The test results show that when the mixture of flocculants at a dosage of 1 kg/t CaO and 50 g/t PAM,the setting time was cut down by approximately 90 min compared to the free settlement(with time of 116.08 min).The clear water yield of 51.96% from the effluent was achieved as the settling lasted for 8.5 min and the turbidity in the upper clarified zone was 15 NTU.There was no negative influence of reusing treated wastewater in the phosphogypsum flotation system on its performance.Thus,the results can be provided for reference in further comprehensive utilization of similar effluents.
