摘 要:为提高新疆卡拉贝利水利枢纽工程坝体砂砾石的抗震稳定性,通过建立与原大坝施工参数一致的实体模型试验区,采用水泥灌浆的方式形成胶结砂砾石,并对其进行室内抗剪特性试验研究。研究结果表明:试验区砂砾石料在碾压完成后,能够形成“密实-骨架”结构;水泥灌浆后砂砾石的内摩擦角和黏聚力皆有很大提高;胶结物强度、胶结物与砾石的黏结强度、上部施加的法向应力对水泥灌浆胶结砂砾石的抗剪强度起主要作用;水泥灌浆胶结砂砾石的破坏是其在剪切应力作用下内部微裂隙逐步发展成贯通裂隙的结果;由于颗粒间的咬合作用及剪涨效应,水泥灌浆胶结砂砾石的残余黏聚力下降不明显。In order to enhance the seismic stability of sand and gravel in the dam body of the Karabelli Water Conservancy Hub Project in Xinjiang,the prototype model test area was established based on the construction parameters of the original dam.The cemented sand and gravel were formed by cement grouting,and indoor shear characteristics of cement cemented sand and gravel were studied.The results show that the sand and gravel material form a“dense-skeleton”structure after rolling.By cement grouting,the shear parameters such as internal friction angle and cohesion are greatly improved.The strength of cement,the bond strength between cement and gravel,and the normal stress play a major role in the shear strength of cemented sand and gravel.Under shear stress,the internal micro cracks gradually develop into penetrating cracks,causing the failure of cement cemented sand and gravel.Due to the interlocking effect and shear dilatancy effect between particles,the residual cohesion of cement grouting cemented sand gravel does not significantly decrease.
