摘 要:以洋沙湖镇涝溪桥村地区为例,采用MIKE模型分析了岳阳市湘阴县在遭遇暴雨干扰时的雨水管网健康度。在采用一次降雨过程中严重内涝点的实测积水深度对模型进行率定和验证的基础上,利用该模型模拟了重现期为1、3、5、10、20 a的2 h设计降雨,重点分析了重现期为3a的降雨过程,并结合排水能力、管网结构、环境因素、社会因素4项综合指标和15项子指标构建了雨水管网健康度评价指标体系。结果表明:该区域管网的排水能力综合指标的得分为0.48,管网结构综合指标的得分为0.78,环境因素综合指标的得分为1,社会因素综合指标的得分为0.66,综合健康度为0.54,综合健康度等级为较差;重现期越大,积水深度也越大,但最大积水深度到达的时间并不受重现期影响;积水风险较大、积水较深位置均位于健康度较低的管道附近。Using Laoxiqiao Village in Yangshahu Town as an example,the MIKE model was used to analyze the health degree of a rainwater pipe network system in Xiangyin County of Yueyang City during rainstorm interference.The model was calibrated and validated using the measured water depth of severe waterlogging points during a rainfall process.Design rainfall with a duration of 2-hour and return periods of 1,3,5,10,and 20 years was simulated,and the 3-year 2-hour rainfall process was studied in detail.A health evaluation index system for rainwater pipe networks considering four comprehensive indicators including drainage capacity,pipe network structure,environmental factors and social factors with 15 sub-indicators was constructed.The results show that the comprehensive scores for drainage capacity,pipe network structure,environmental factor and social factor are 0.48,0.78,1 and 0.66,respectively.The overall health degree is 0.54,indicating a poor comprehensive health level.The greater the recurrence period,the deeper the water depth,but the arrival time of the maximum water depth is not affected by the recurrence period.The locations with greater risk of waterlogging and deeper water are located near pipelines with lower health degree.
