摘　　要：针对当前大学生面临的就业形势,即就业结构性矛盾依然存在、高校毕业生“慢就业”“灵活就业”现象日益凸显、中小城市就业的应届毕业生比例上升、高校毕业生人数增加,在分析创新能力内涵的基础上,提出要以社会需求为导向加强大学生创新实践能力的培养,以创新能力为基础提升大学生思维能力,强化主动学习精神,转变大学生就业观念,以发展为核心提升大学生就业能力。This paper expounds the current employment situation faced by college students,namely structural contradictions still exist,the phenomenon of"slow employment"and"flexible employment"of college graduates is increasingly prominent,the proportion of fresh graduates employed in small and medium-sized cities is increasing,and the increased number of college graduates creates greater pressure of employment competition.On the basis of analyzing the connotation of innovation ability,this paper points out that it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of college students'innovative practice ability guided by social needs,comprehensively improve college students'thinking ability based on innovation ability education,strengthen the spirit of active learning to change the employment concept of college students and enhance the college students'employ ability with development as the core.
