摘 要:以邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)为模板分子,以吡咯为功能单体,在阳极氧化制备的TiO_(2)纳米管阵列(TiO_(2) NTs)中,通过电聚合法沉积分子印迹聚吡咯(MIP-PPy),构建MIP-PPy/TiO_(2) NTs传感器,用于光电化学检测DEP。采用恒电位i-t曲线和交流阻抗法研究了光电化学传感器的性能。结果表明:MIP传感器对DEP分子表现出优异的光电化学响应和识别能力,在含0.5 mg/L DEP的0.1 mol/L Na 2 SO 4水溶液中,MIP-PPy/TiO_(2) NTs修饰电极的光电流变化明显大于非印迹PPy/TiO_(2) NTs(NIP-PPy/TiO_(2) NTs)修饰电极。MIP-PPy/TiO_(2) NTs传感器的光电流与DEP浓度在0.05~2.80 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程I(μA)=1.026+1.156 c(mg/L),检出限为0.02 mg/L(S/N=3)。A molecularly imprinted polypyrrole/TiO_(2) nanotube arrays(MIP-PPy/TiO_(2) NTs)sensor was constructed for the selective photoelectrochemical detection of diethyl phthalate(DEP).The molecularly imprinted polypyrrole(MIP-PPy)was deposited by electropolymerization in TiO_(2) nanotube arrays(TiO_(2) NTs)prepared by anodic oxidation,using diethyl phthalate(DEP)as template molecule and pyrrole as functional monomer.The photoelectrochemical perfermance of the sensor wes investigated by potentiostatic i-t curve and electrochemical impedance.Results showed that the MIP sensor exhibits excellent photoelectrochemical response and recognition ability to the DEP molecule.In 0.1 mol/L Na 2 SO 4 solution containing 0.5 mg/L DEP,the MIP-PPy/TiO_(2) NTs modified electrode exhibited larger variation of photocurrent change than non-imprinted PPy/TiO_(2) NTs(NIP-PPy/TiO_(2) NTs)modified electrode.The photocurrent of MIP-PPy/TiO_(2) NTs sensor showed a good linear correlation with the concentration of DEP in the range of 0.05-2.80 mg/L,the linear equation was I(μA)=1.026+1.156 c(mg/L),and the detection limit was 0.02 mg/L(S/N=3).
