摘  要:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定尿液中Li、Al、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Sr、Cd、Cs、Ba、Tl、Pb等17种微量元素含量的方法。采用直接稀释对样品进行前处理,通过在稀释剂中加入异丙醇作为增敏剂以提高分析灵敏度,同时使用多内标元素校正和集成式碰撞反应池(iCRC)技术来抑制基质效应和质谱干扰。实验结果表明,各元素的线性相关系数均大于0.999,检测限为0.001~0.442μg/L,加标回收率为83.6%~110.5%,精密度均小于5%,尿液标准物质中各元素测定值均在参考值范围内。该方法前处理简单,灵敏度高,适用于临床批量尿样中多种微量元素的检测。In this study,a method for simultaneous determination of 17 trace elements(Li,Al,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr,Cd,Cs,Ba,Tl and Pb)in human urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.Prior to analysis,samples were processed by direct dilution method with isopropanol added to the diluent which acts as sensitizers to enhance analytical sensitivity.Moreover,multi-internal standard correlation and integrated collided reaction cell(iCRC)were used to reduce matrix effects and spectral interferences.Results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of each element was greater than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.001-0.442μg/L,the spike recovery range was 83.6%-110.5%,and the precision was within 5%.All measured contents of the 17 trace elements in urine standard reference materials were among the normal reference values.The method has simple sample pretreatment and high detection sensitivity and would be useful for the determination of trace elements in large batched of clinical urine samples.
