摘　　要：电子组装企业已经开始规模化应用贴片机等自动化设备进行贴片元件的组装和焊接。但插件元件,尤其是异形插件元件,如连接器、插座及功率器件的自动化安装和焊接,目前主要依赖人工完成,制约着产品质量和效率的进一步提升,成为业内难题之一。为了提升异形插件元件的安装质量,提出了解决方案,并付诸实施,供同行业企业和工程人员参考。Surface mounted technology(SMT)machines have been widely applied in a great deal of electronics assembly by electronic assembly enterprises.However,the automated installation and soldering of plug-in components,especially special-shaped plug-in components such as connectors,sockets,and power devices,is a challenge.Currently,it mainly relies on manual completion,which restricts the further improvement of product quality and efficiency.In view of this,in order to improve the installation quality of special-shaped plug-in components,this article provides a solution,giving reference for enterprises and engineers in this industry.
