摘　　要：重大生态基础设施对区域、国家乃至全球范围的生态安全有重要支撑作用。从空间治理视角,梳理重大生态基础设施跨区域协同治理的概念范畴、作用意义、发展历程,回顾了中国重大生态基础设施跨区域治理的4个发展阶段,剖析目前面临的主要挑战。从治理逻辑、治理结构和实施路径3个方面,构建了重大生态基础设施跨区域协同治理的分析框架。从功能协同、社会协作、管理协调3个维度,构建了重大生态基础设施跨区域协同治理的实践框架。从国家层级、城市群层级和都市圈层级3个层级,探讨了重大生态基础设施跨区域协同治理的主要目标、定位和策略方向。最后,从优化制度环境、建立社会基础和提升治理时效等方面,提出了我国重大生态基础设施跨区域协同治理的实施保障。Major ecological infrastructure(MEI)plays an important role in supporting regional,national and even global ecological security.From the perspective of spatial governance,in this article:(1)The concept scope,function and significance,development process of trans-regional collaborative governance of MEI are sorted out;(2)The four major development stages and characteristics of trans-regional governance of MEI in China are reviewed,and the main challenges currently facing are analyzed;(3)An analytical framework for trans-regional collaborative governance of MEI is constructed from the three aspects of governance logic,governance structure and implement approach;(4)A practical framework of trans-regional collaborative governance of MEI is constructed from the three dimensions of functional synergy,social collaboration and management coordination;(5)The main objectives,orientation and strategic of trans-regional collaborative governance of MEI are discussed at the national level,urban agglomeration level and metropolitan level respectively;(6)Finally,the implementing guarantee of trans-regional collaborative governance of MEI in China is considered from the aspects of optimizing the institutional environment,establishing the social foundation,and improving the governance timeliness.
