台湾地区高等技职教育体系构建及其启示

摘  要:台湾地区成功构建了从中级到高级的技职教育体系和技职教育与普通教育相互沟通的教育体系。台湾地区高等技职教育体系构建的具体措施是发展改进中学技艺教育、办理综合高中教育、提升绩优专科学校至大学水平、弹性调整学制畅通学生进修通道、实施春秋两季招生、建立高等技职回流教育等六个方面。借鉴台湾地区高等技职教育体系构建经验,内地应加强宏观规划,完善现代职业教育体系;统整普高、职高教育资源,在高中课程中适当增加职业教育课程;完善职教高考制度,拓宽学生成长成才通道;深化产教融合校企合作,推动职业教育从政府主体走向多元参与。Taiwan region has successfully established a vocational education system from intermediate to advanced level and an education system in which vocational education and general education communicate with each other.This paper studies the specific measures of the construction of higher vocational education system in Taiwan region from six aspects:the development and improvement of middle school skills education,comprehensive high school education,the improvement of excellent college level,the flexible adjustment of school system and smooth students′training channels,the implementation of enrollment in spring and autumn,and the establishment of higher vocational return education.Drawing on the experience of building a higher vocational education system in Taiwan region,Chinese mainland should strengthen macro planning and improve the modern vocational education system;Integrate higher and vocational education resources,and appropriately add vocational education courses to high school curriculum;Improve the vocational education college entrance examination system and broaden the channels for students′growth and success;Deepen the integration of industry and education with school-enterprise cooperation,and promote vocational education participation from the main body of the government to diversified participation.
