摘　　要：推动经济高质量发展,加快实现中国式现代化,是我国进入新发展阶段以来持续奋斗的伟大目标。要实现这一目标,就必须全面理解和切实贯彻新发展理念。正如党的十八届五中全会明确的那样,“必须牢固树立并切实贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念”。党的二十大报告进一步提出:“贯彻新发展理念是新时代我国发展壮大的必由之路”。新发现理念源于新时代的发展实践,也将在实践中不断完善和发展。习近平总书记指出:“进入新发展阶段,对新发展理念的理解要不断深化,举措要更加精准务实,真正实现高质量发展”。学术界对新发展理念的理解和认识在不断深化,不仅要做到崇尚创新、注重协调、倡导绿色、厚植开放、推进共享,还要保障安全。为了深入学习贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话精神,本刊邀请国内著名专家、学者以“高质量发展与中国式现代化”为题,撰写一组笔谈文章,以飨读者。It has been our great aim to promote high-quality economic development and accelerate the realization of Chinese path to modernization since entered a new stage of development.To obtain this aim,we must fully understand and effectively implement the new development concept.As is made clear in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,“We must firmly establish and effectively implement the concept of innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development”.It is further proposed in the report of the Party's 20th National Congress that“Implementing the new development concept is the only way for China to develop and grow in the new era”.The concept of new discovery originates from the development practice in the new era,and will continue to be improved and developed in practice.As General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out,“Entering a new stage of development,we must deepen our understanding of the new development concept,and take measures to be more precise and pragmatic to truly achieve high-quality development”.The academic community's understanding and cognition of the new development concept keeps on deepening.It is not only necessary to encourage innovation,pay attention to coordination,advocate green development,deepen opening-up and promote sharing,but it is also necessary to ensure security.In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech,this magazine has invited famous experts and scholars at home to write a group of articles on the title of“High-quality development and Chinese path to modernization”for the readers.
