摘 要:作为内质网和线粒体之间起到沟通作用的直接桥梁,线粒体相关内质网膜(mitochondrial associated endoplasmic reticulum membrane,MAMs)承担着Ca^(2+)稳态维持、细胞凋亡等多种生理功能,还参与癌症、神经退行性疾病等的病理过程。随着MAMs结构、功能和调节在细胞凋亡中作用研究的深入和广泛开展,细胞凋亡过程和调节机制也变得更为复杂。本文总结了近年来细胞凋亡过程中MAMs变化和作用的研究进展,重点从MAMs的栓系蛋白、调节蛋白以及MAMs对线粒体结构变化的调节等方面评述了细胞凋亡过程中MAMs的作用。As a direct bridge between the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria,the mitochondrial associated endoplasmic reticulum membrane(MAMs)plays a role in some physiological functions,such as Ca^(2+)homeostasis maintenance and apoptosis.It is also involved in the pathological processes of cancer,neurodegenerative diseases and other diseases.With the in-depth and extensive research on the roles of MAMs in structure,function and regulation during apoptosis,the process and regulatory mechanisms of apoptosis have become increasingly complex.This article summarizes the recent research progress on the changes and functions of MAMs during apoptosis.It focuses on discussing the impact of MAMs on apoptosis mainly from the aspects of the tethered proteins,regulatory proteins and regulation of mitochondrial structure changes by MAMs.
