摘 要:目的开展快速上浮脱险充气系统的结构和关键参数设计并进行常压试验验证。方法针对快速上浮脱险充气系统的输入条件,简化流量方程计算模型,推导建立平衡方程,估算系统供气流量。利用便携式检测装置开展常压验证试验。结果不同供气压力时,利用简化估算模型估算的供气流量为22.15 kg/s,实测充气系统出口压力和供气流量保持一致,出口压力均为17.8 kPa,供气流量均为22.40 kg/s;简化模型估算值与实测供气流量误差为1.12%。结论快速上浮脱险充气系统设计合理,具有良好的稳压特性;计算模型的参数取值合理,可为出口压力和供气流量建立关联提供依据,真实反映系统的工作状态。Objective To design the structure and key parameters of fast buoyancy ascent escape inflation system and perform validation test under atmospheric pressure.Methods According to the input conditions of fast buoyancy ascent escape inflation system,the calculation model of the flow equation was simplified,the equilibrium equation was derived and established,and the gas supply flow rate of the system was estimated.The atmospheric pressure validation test was conducted with a portable detection device.Results Under different gas supply pressures,the gas supply flow rate estimated by the simplified estimation model was 22.15 kg/s;according to the measurement,the outlet pressure of the inflation system(17.8 kPa)was consistent with the gas supply flow rate(22.40 kg/s);the error between the estimated value of the simplified model and the measured gas supply flow rate was 1.12%.Conclusion The design of the fast buoyancy ascent escape inflation system was reasonable,with good pressure stabilization characteristics.The parameter values of the calculation model were reasonable,which can provide a basis for establishing a correlation between the outlet pressure and the gas supply flow rate,accurately reflecting the working state of the system.
