摘  要:目的研究大强度飞行训练对飞行员机体代谢的影响。方法以25名接受大强度飞行训练的飞行员作为观察组,14名2周内未执行飞行任务的飞行员作为对照组,采用液相色谱-质谱联用仪(LC-MS)的代谢组学技术检测其尿液和唾液,用主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法判别分析(PLS-DA)进行组间差异代谢物筛选,利用京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)数据库对差异代谢物进行注释和富集分析。结果与对照组比较,观察组共9个代谢物有差异表达,包括胍丁胺、次黄嘌呤、腺嘌呤、黄嘌呤、肌苷、肌肽、多巴胺、5-羟基吲哚-3-乙酸、吲哚-3-乙酸,涉及嘌呤代谢、色氨酸代谢、组氨酸代谢、β-丙氨酸代谢、酪氨酸代谢、精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢6条主要代谢通路。结论大强度飞行训练可能通过多条代谢通路引起飞行员代谢紊乱,这些通路可能因缺氧及应激诱发,并可能与飞行疲劳的产生相关。Objective To study the effects of high intensity flight training on the body metabolism of pilots.Methods A total of 25 pilots who underwent high intensity flight training were selected into observation group,and 14 pilots who did not undergo any flight mission within two weeks were selected into control group.Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS)metabolomics technology was used to analyze their urine and saliva.Principal component analysis(PCA)and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were used to screen the differential metabolites between groups.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)database was used to annotate the differential metabolites and carry out enrichment analysis.Results Compared with the control group,nine metabolites in the observation group were differentially expressed,including agmatine,hypoxanthine,adenine,xanthine,inosine,carnosine,dopamine,5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid,and indole-3-acetic acid.Six main metabolic pathways were involved,including purine metabolism,tryptophan metabolism,histidine metabolism,β-alanine metabolism,tyrosine metabolism,arginine,and proline metabolism.Conclusion High intensity flight training may cause body metabolic disorder in pilots through multiple metabolic pathways,which may be induced by hypoxia and stress,and may be related to flight fatigue.
